Key Responsibilities:
Platform Engineering Leadership
Lead the design, development, and operations of Esko's Cloud Platform —a multi-tenant, API-first, secure, and scalable foundation for Esko's SaaS products.
Oversee core services, identity and access management, observability, DevOps tooling , and cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS).
Drive architectural modernization towards containerized, event-driven, and microservices-based systems .

AI Engineering & Enablement
Build and scale the engineering foundation for AI services , working on use cases such as semantic extraction, compliance intelligence, variant generation, and packaging knowledge graphs.
Partner with Product and Data Science teams to operationalize AI models from prototype to production using MLOps best practices .
Ensure alignment with Esko's Responsible AI and Data Governance principles.

Technical & People Leadership




Lead and manage a growing team of 15–20 engineers and tech leads across cloud, AI, and platform enablement domains.
Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent to strengthen Esko's technical excellence in India, driving upskilling, mentoring, and career progression .
Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and innovation , balancing delivery speed with operational stability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Security, and R&D; leadership to define the platform roadmap and align AI priorities.
Collaborate with Esko product teams (WebCenter, Automation Engine, Comply, etc.) to drive platform adoption and reuse.
Serve as the technical interface to key vendor and cloud partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, OpenAI).
