Job Title: Project operation coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Operations Coordinator (POC) to support project governance, financial operations, and cross-functional coordination activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project tracking, financial reconciliation, reporting accuracy, and adherence to PMO processes while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones .

Key Responsibilities:
Support project governance activities and ensure compliance with PMO processes and standards
Track project progress, maintain project documentation, and provide status reporting Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Assist in financial reconciliation, budget tracking, and operational reporting activities
Maintain and update project management tools such as Planview and JIRA Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel and Power BI
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where necessary
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across project and financial records
Collaborate with teams across multiple geographies and time zones
Support PMO reporting, governance reviews,



and audit requirements
Participate in project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Financial Operations roles
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Planview and/orJIRA
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI
Experience in project tracking, reporting, and governance activities
Familiarity with financial operations, budgeting, and reconciliation processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Eclipse or other financial management Systems
Knowledge of PMO governance frameworks and best practices
Experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards
Exposure to project portfolio management processes
Experience supporting global teams across different time zones

Relevant Experience Preferred:
Experience supporting enterprise-scale projects and PMO functions
Experience managing project documentation, reporting, and governance activities
Experience in financial tracking and reconciliation processes
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required
Demonstrated potential for growth into broader project management responsibilities

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
