Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
Handle general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.
Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits.
Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting policies.
Liaise with banks, auditors,



consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com); M.Com/CA Inter/CA Qualified will be an added advantage.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in an NBFC.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Ind AS, and RBI regulations.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in the NBFC or Financial Services industry is mandatory.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead a team and drive continuous process improvements.
