About the Rolen We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Handler who can manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and maintain consistent communication across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilitiesn n Manage the company's social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
n Create engaging and creative content for social media.
n Plan, create, and publish regular posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
n Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and company requirements.
n Write engaging captions, social media copy, and relevant hashtags.
n Maintain and manage a regular content calendar and posting schedule.
n Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
n Respond to comments and messages and maintain audience engagement.
n Track basic social media performance, reach, and engagement.




n Coordinate with the internal team to understand requirements and create relevant content.
n Requirementsn n Minimum 1+ year of experience in social media management or content creation.
n Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
n Strong content creation and communication skills.
n Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
n Good writing and caption-creation skills.
n Ability to manage multiple social media platforms independently.
n Knowledge of Canva or other content-creation tools will be an added advantage.
n Candidates must be comfortable working on-site at Bhopal IT Park.
