About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage key projects and workstreams across a growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects, budgets, schedules, and workstreams.
Manage project planning, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines.
Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous process improvement.
Track project KPIs, productivity metrics, progress, and variances; provide regular status reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across multiple time zones.
Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, escalations, and project governance.
Partner with Engineering and Resource Managers for project staffing and capacity planning.
Ensure compliance with corporate and financial regulations.
Perform project-related data analysis and support business decision-making.
Identify project risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.




Present project status and recommendations effectively to senior and executive stakeholders.

Requirements
5+ years of IT Project Delivery experience in Cloud environments.
Proven experience as a Software Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, Agile Project Manager, or Scrum Master .
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
Advanced hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence .
Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes .
Experience in process improvement, business transformation, and business analysis .
Strong stakeholder, resource, risk, change, and project management skills.
Experience managing distributed teams and resources across multiple time zones.
Experience working in regulated industries , preferably Financial Services.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Project certification such as PMP/APMP, PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, Secure, or equivalent is preferred/required.
