We're looking for an Assoc. Art Director who can take a brand from "What could this be?" to "Wow, now that's a solid brand!"

What You'll Be Doing
● Own creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring the final output stays true to the original creative idea across every touchpoint.
● Think beyond the logo to build cohesive brand worlds across packaging, print, digital, spaces, campaigns, social and other relevant touchpoints.
● Lead and mentor a team of designers, setting the creative bar and ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
● Work closely with brand strategists, copywriters and brand managers to turn strategic thinking into ownable, commercially viable brand visuals.
● Work directly with clients to understand their business, audience and ambitions and translate that into effective briefs & design solutions.
● Present and defend creative thinking, clearly articulating the idea, rationale and relevance behind design decisions.
● Maintain quality, consistency and timelines across multiple projects while keeping the creative energy flowing.

What We're Looking For
● 5+ years of experience in a branding studio, design agency, creative agency or similar environment.
● Proven experience in brand identity and design system development,



preferably across different sectors and types of brands.
● A sharp understanding of brand, audience, category and market context as well as how these should influence design decisions.
● Experience leading and mentoring designers, giving transparent creative direction and constructive feedback.
● Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present, explain and defend creative work.
● Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, visual language and design systems.
● Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. After Effects and other tools are a plus.
● Someone who is curious, collaborative and constantly looking for ways to make the work and the team better.

Bonus Points If You
● Can look at a category and immediately spot what everyone else is doing — and where a brand could do something different.
● Have experience across packaging, environmental design, digital experiences or other brand touchpoints beyond traditional identity design.
● Love experimenting with new styles, tools and cultural trends without letting trends dictate the brand.
● Can juggle multiple brands, briefs and teams without breaking a sweat.
