About the Role

Coding Ninjas is looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Campaign Manager to manage and scale our paid acquisition campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be robust with numbers, comfortable managing large campaign portfolios, and capable of translating campaign data into actionable insights that improve lead quality, conversions, CAC and overall marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and other relevant formats .
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, keywords, creatives and landing-page experiments.
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, CTR and CPC .
- Perform regular campaign, keyword,



search-term, audience and creative-level analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Work closely with creative, content, product and analytics teams to improve campaign performance.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Excel and Google Spreadsheets .
- Conduct competitor, keyword and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Continuously test new campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies and creatives to improve scale and efficiency.

AI & Automation

We are increasingly using AI, automation and data-driven workflows across our marketing function. The candidate should be comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve campaign analysis, reporting, creative ideation, keyword research and optimisation workflows. Prior experience with AI-enabled marketing tools, automation platforms or LLMs such as ChatGPT/Claude is an added advantage.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from a Tier I/II college.
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads/performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign structures, bidding, targeting, attribution and optimisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Google Spreadsheets .
- Ability to independently analyse campaign performance and recommend actions rather than only execute campaigns.
- Strong ownership mindset with an orientation towards business outcomes and ROI.

Good to Have

- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
- Experience in EdTech, consumer internet, D2C or lead-generation businesses .
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio or similar analytics tools.
- Exposure to marketing automation, AI-based analysis, or reporting workflows.
