Job Description We're Hiring | Graphic Designer
n The Yoga Institute is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team.
n Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai (On-site)
n Experience: 3–5 Years
n Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
n The Yoga Institute is the world's oldest organized yoga institute, dedicated to promoting holistic well-being through authentic teachings of yoga.
Key Responsibilitiesn n Create designs for social media, digital marketing, print, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns and YouTube.
n Design social media creatives, thumbnails, banners, brochures, posters and illustrations.
n Conceptualize designs while maintaining brand consistency.
n Handle image retouching and creative visual development.
n Collaborate with Content, Marketing and Social Media teams.
n Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
n Requirementsn n Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
n 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
n Strong portfolio showcasing branding,



digital and social media design.
n Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and CorelDRAW.
n Knowledge of UI/UX design tools is an advantage.
n Robust understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual storytelling.
n Working knowledge of AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Leonardo AI, or similar.
n Ability to use AI tools for creative ideation and design development.
n Preferredn n Experience with website/landing page design.
n Understanding of performance marketing creatives and social media content.
n Experience creating AI-assisted design assets.
n n Satvik meals provided by the Institute
n Vegetarian food only on campus.
