1.Company Overview
1）We are a quick-growing molecular diagnostics company headquartered in Shanghai, with established international business presence across the US, Japan and Singapore. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to independently lead the full-scale commercial development, channel partner management and market expansion of our IVD and molecular diagnostics business in the India market.
2）Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess rich industry experience in IVD, molecular diagnostics, PCR technology and laboratory diagnostics, with solid capabilities in distributor management and tender project support. Candidates with mature India healthcare channel resources and existing connections with local diagnostic distributors, hospitals, reference laboratories, healthcare groups and industry KOLs will be highly prioritized.
Work Location： Current Delhi, India; Mumbai
Language Requirement ：Fluent in English (mandatory for daily business communication and cross-regional collaboration)




Work Experience： 5–12 years of working experience in the IVD, clinical diagnostics or medical device industry, with dedicated India market operation experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute customized commercial strategies and channel development roadmaps for the India market. Focus on penetrating the domestic IVD market and achieving continuous business growth in core tier-1 and tier-2 regional markets across India.
Identify, evaluate, develop and manage high-quality IVD and molecular diagnostics channel partners, including regional distributors and sub-distributors across major states and key commercial regions of India, to build a reliable and high-performing channel system.
Conduct comprehensive capability assessment of local distributors, covering Indian drug registration procedures, import license application, state-level tender qualification access, public and private hospital coverage capabilities, afte
