Role Description

Position: Sales & Design manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Conversion

• Handle leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website enquiries, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact and qualify incoming leads promptly.
• Understand the client’s requirements, property details, budget, timeline, and design expectations.
• Schedule client meetings, design consultations, and site visits.
• Present the company’s services, portfolio, process, timelines, and USPs.




• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
• Negotiate commercials and close interior design/turnkey projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.

Design & Client Consultation

• Conduct detailed design discussions with clients.
• Understand space planning, functionality, aesthetics, material preferences, and budgets.
• Develop or guide the development of:
• Furniture layouts
• Mood boards and design concepts
• Modular kitchen designs
• Wardrobe designs
• False ceiling concepts
• Wall panelling and feature walls
• Lighting and electrical planning
• Material and finish selections
• Explain proposed designs and materials confidently to clients.
• Ensure designs remain aligned with the approved budget and project scope.
