About the Role

Hyre is recruiting for a Customer Support Associate on behalf of one of our clients.
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, responsive, and comfortable communicating clearly through email and chat. You will be responsible for helping customers with questions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout every interaction.

This is a fully remote role based in India.

What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat
Understand customer issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
Troubleshoot common problems and escalate more complex cases when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and support activity
Work closely with internal teams to identify recurring customer issues
Help improve support processes, FAQs, and internal documentation




Deliver a consistently skilled and helpful customer experience

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role
Strong written English communication skills
Experience handling customers through email and chat
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Able to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities
Familiarity with customer support or ticketing platforms is a plus
