About the Role
We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with a proven track record of producing high-converting creatives for a D2C/e-commerce brand. You will own the visual output across our performance marketing, lifecycle, and platform channels — from Meta ad creatives to marketplace A+ content to email and WhatsApp banners.

The ideal candidate understands what makes a D2C banner or ad creative convert and what doesn't. An ideal candidate will be fluent in traditional design tools, and is equally comfortable using AI-assisted creative tools to move fast without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities
• Performance Creatives: Design static, carousel, and video creatives for Meta and other paid platforms, iterating quickly based on performance data and creative fatigue.
• Lifecycle & Retention Design: Create email creatives and WhatsApp banners that support retention and repeat-purchase campaigns, in line with brand and platform best practices.
• D2C Conversion Design: Apply a working knowledge of what drives clicks and conversions in D2C banner creatives — hierarchy, messaging, offer placement — across ad and website placements.
• Marketplace & Listing Creatives: Support the deployment of high-converting A+ content and infographics for Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce listings alongside the e-commerce team.
• AI-Assisted Creative Production:



Use AI creative tools and prompting (e.g. Claude, Claude Design, Higgsfield, and similar) to accelerate ideation and production, alongside traditional tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output is consistent with Born Good's brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity across every channel and platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and growth teams to translate campaign briefs and performance insights into effective creative.
• Creative Testing: Support structured A/B testing of creative concepts and formats, and apply learnings to future briefs.

Skills we are looking for
Must Haves:
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on graphic design experience, preferably generating creatives for Meta (statics, carousels, and video), email, and WhatsApp banners.
• D2C Creative Sense: Solid understanding of D2C banner and ad creative best practices — what works, what doesn't, and why.
• Tools Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; comfortable with video editing tools for short-form ad content.
• AI Creative Tools: Strong, demonstrated ability to generate creatives using AI tools and prompting — e.g. Claude, Claude Design, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.
• Ownership Mindset: Self-starter attitude, capable of managing multiple briefs and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio experience).

Nice To Have:
• A strong portfolio showcasing D2C/FMCG creative work
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team environment
