This full-time, on-site Regional Business Manager role is based in Chandigarh. The position is responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and growing revenue across the assigned region.

The RBM should have experience across a diverse field of Cardiac, Nutraceutical and Pain Management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and customer service to engage healthcare professionals and channel partners effectively.
Ability to prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews with clear, persuasive communication.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to manage pipelines and report on performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within the region as required and adapt to a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets.




Drive prescription generation through effective doctor coverage and scientific promotion.
Increase market share for Rosllion Healthcare brands, particularly in dermatology.
Develop and implement territory-specific business plans.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including hospitals, clinics, institutions, and retail channels.

Customer Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with key dermatologists, physicians, and opinion leaders.
Strengthen relationships with stockists, distributors, and retailers.
Support product launches and scientific meetings.

Market Expansion
Identify new territories with growth potential.
Appoint new distributors where required.
Improve product availability and distribution.
Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns.

Product Launch Management
Execute regional launch plans for new products.
Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and product awareness activities.
Ensure timely availability of promotional inputs and samples.

Non Negotiable requirements:

Should have experience of working in Chandigarh and tricity area.
Should have a minimum experience of 8-10years in the mentioned field.
