We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that enhance our school’s branding and communication efforts. Design Production: Create high-quality graphics for various platforms including print (brochures, posters, flyers), digital (website, social media), and multimedia (videos, animations).
Branding: Develop and maintain the visual identity of Nalanda Vidyaniketan, ensuring consistency across all materials.
Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to design promotional materials that effectively communicate our school’s values and achievements.

Educational Content: Design infographics, icons, and visual elements to support educational content, presentations, and reports.

Publication Layout: Assist in the design and layout of school publications, including newsletters, annual reports, and event programs.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously,



ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our materials current and engaging.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative design solutions.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all design work.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Web Design: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience designing for web platforms.
Photography: Skills in photography and photo editing.
Animation: Experience in creating animations or motion graphics.
UI/UX Design: Understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
