n Role Overview
n We are seeking a high-performing Regional Senior BDM with 10+ years of experience in the architectural specifier market. The ideal candidate will leverage existing networks with top architects, interior designers, and project consultants to get P Stone Gallery products specified in landmark commercial, residential, and hospitality projects across Tamil Nadu.

n Key Responsibilities

n • Architectural Network & Relations: Build, maintain, and nurture robust C-level relationships with leading architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and top developers across Tamil Nadu.
n
n • Product Specification & Strategy:



Pitch P Stone Gallery’s natural stone and cladding solutions during the conceptual/design phase to ensure product specification in high-value projects.
n
n • Project Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle—from initial meetings, presentation of mockups, and BOQ conversion to final procurement and site execution.
n
n • Market Expansion: Identify upcoming high-end real estate, commercial, and hospitality developments in key cities (Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, etc.) and strategically position our offerings.
n
n • Brand Representation: Represent P Stone Gallery at major architectural exhibitions, industry expos, and networking events.
n
n • Market Insights: Keep track of market trends, cladding innovations, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
n
n Candidate Profile & Qualifications

n • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in B2B architectural marketing, natural stones, facade/cladding solutions, or luxury building materials.
n
n • Established Network: A proven track record and an existing network of top architectural and interior design firms across Tamil Nadu.
n
n • Communication: Flawless communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills in Tamil and English.
n
n • Mobility: Open to extensive travel across key commercial hubs in Tamil Nadu for project meetings and site visits.
