We are looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President – Sales to lead Restaurant Onboarding & Merchant Acquisition for our rapidly growing Ownly Food Delivery business.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for expanding our restaurant partner network, driving sales excellence, and managing large multi-layer field sales teams across multiple locations in India.

Build, mentor, and lead large field sales teams comprising Regional Managers, Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Executives.
# Drive daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets while maximizing sales productivity.
# Monitor KPIs, sales funnel, conversion ratios, and merchant activation metrics.
# Recruit, coach,



and retain high-performing sales talent across multiple locations.
# Partner with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding.
# Drive governance, process compliance, forecasting, MIS reporting, and leadership reviews.
# Identify business opportunities through market intelligence and data-driven insights.

12+ years of experience in Retail Sales, Merchant Acquisition, or Field Sales Leadership.
~ Proven success in large-scale restaurant/retail onboarding and merchant acquisition.
~ Experience managing large multi-layer sales teams across multiple cities or Pan India.
~ Expertise in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performance sales organizations.
~ Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
