Role Description The AR Caller role at AimUP Healthcare is a full-time, in office position based in Shenoy Nagar. The AR Caller is responsible for following up with insurance companies and other payers on outstanding claims, verifying claim status, and resolving denials or underpayments to ensure timely reimbursement. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, documenting interactions in the billing system, updating claim notes, and coordinating with internal teams to address missing information or billing issues. The role also involves reviewing explanations of benefits, identifying trends in rejections, and escalating complex cases as needed.



The AR Caller is expected to meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining professional, clear communication with payers and colleagues.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of medical billing, accounts receivable processes, and healthcare reimbursement workflows.
Effective communication skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to document claim follow-up accurately.
Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to use practice management software, spreadsheets, and other office tools.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to analyze explanations of benefits and claim responses.
Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Aminjikkarai, manage time effectively, and meet productivity goals.
Prior experience in AR calling, medical billing, or revenue cycle management is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in commerce, healthcare administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Willingness to learn payer guidelines, adapt to process changes, and maintain confidentiality of patient and financial data.
