Group head Strategy

As a Group head Strategy – Strategy , you will play a key role in shaping brand thinking and driving impactful creative solutions. You'll sit at the intersection of business, culture, consumer insight, and creativity, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop strategic frameworks that inspire exceptional work.

You'll work closely with creative, account management, and leadership teams while mentoring junior strategists and contributing to the agency's growth.

Lead strategic planning across multiple brands and campaigns.
Develop brand, communication, and campaign strategies rooted in consumer, cultural, and business insights.
Build persuasive presentations and narratives that influence clients and inspire creative teams.
Collaborate closely with creative, business, and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.




Guide and mentor junior strategists, ensuring high-quality strategic output.
Stay ahead of cultural trends, market shifts, and consumer behaviour to uncover current opportunities.
Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth initiatives.
6–8 years of experience in brand, communications, or creative strategy within an agency or brand environment.
~ Strong strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complex business challenges.
~ Proven experience developing integrated campaigns and brand platforms.
~ Experience collaborating with creative teams from concept through execution.
~ Experience mentoring or leading junior strategists is preferred.
