Customer Service Representative – TG Developers

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating site modifications, and ensuring timely resolution of customer requirements during the construction and handover stages.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customer queries, requests, and concerns promptly.
Coordinate and record customer-requested site modifications and ensure proper execution.
Liaise with Site, Projects, Engineering, and Sales teams for modification requirements.
Coordinate site visits and explain project-related updates to customers.
Track modification requests from approval to completion.
Maintain proper records of customer requests, approvals, and modifications.
Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely closure.




Coordinate during possession, snag rectification, and handover activities.
Maintain professional and positive customer relationships.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in real estate customer service/CRM/site coordination .
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of construction and apartment specifications preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office.
