JOB SUMMARY:
The candidate will be primarily responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the Biodigester – Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant (PSTP). The role involves promoting the Biodigester solutions, expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and achieving the company’s sales and profitability objectives. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with sourcing channels, customers, and business partners. The ideal candidate should be a self-driven qualified with the ability to independently identify opportunities, generate leads, close business deals, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement & Business Development
Drive sales activities for Biodigester and Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant (PSTP) solutions.
Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Channel Partner Development & Management
Identify potential channel partners, including Architects, MEP Consultants, Environmental Consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
Establish and manage empanelment of channel partners to expand market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate consistent business opportunities.
Market Development & BTL Activities
Identify opportunities for Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Actively participate in exhibitions, customer meets, technical presentations, seminars, and other promotional activities.
Support brand-building initiatives in the assigned market.
Customer Relationship Management




Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance overall customer experience.
Act as a point of contact for customers and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.
Brand Building & Market Presence
Strengthen the brand image of Biodigester solutions among customers, consultants, and channel partners.
Promote product awareness and communicate the technical and commercial benefits of the solutions.
Project Coordination & Installation Support
Coordinate with Architects, MEP Consultants, planners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful installation of Biodigester systems.
Provide necessary support during project implementation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Product Feedback
Develop market intelligence within the assigned territory by tracking customer needs, competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
Provide regular feedback to the product and service teams for continuous improvement and enhancement.
Events, Training & Business Meetings
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, technical training programs, customer meetings, and business strategy discussions.
Represent the company professionally and create awareness about the company's solutions.
CRM Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to the management team.

EDUCATION :
Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Civl, Chemical, Environmental. (or)
Marketing degree

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
Min 4 years experience in any Wastewater Products & Projects sales and marketing
Min 2 years experience in package STP sales
Related technical product knowledge in wastewater management product and projects

Langugae:
English, Local language, and Hindi (Added advantage)
