Job Description – Customer Service Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Duty: Shifting Duty
Eligibility
HS Pass / Graduate.
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in customer service, travel, tourism, or hospitality will be preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries regarding tours, travel services, bookings, and packages.
Assist customers with booking-related requirements and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, travel partners, and internal teams.




Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, confirmations, and travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
Ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Support the team in achieving customer service and business targets.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Positive telephone etiquette.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Basic MS Office/computer skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer queries.
Willingness to work in rotational/shifting duty.
