Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer / Global Delivery Head
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and experienced North America Delivery Leader to lead delivery operations across the North American region, ensuring high-quality, predictable and profitable delivery while driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence and business growth.
The role will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Technology, HR, Finance and Global Delivery teams to strengthen client relationships, improve delivery performance, scale capabilities and support strategic growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Operational Leadership
Provide overall leadership and governance for the North America delivery portfolio.
Ensure timely, high-quality and predictable delivery across programs and accounts.
Establish delivery governance, performance metrics, operating rhythms and escalation mechanisms.
Drive operational excellence, productivity, automation and continuous improvement.
Proactively identify delivery risks and ensure effective mitigation.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with CXO and senior client stakeholders.
Act as the executive escalation point for critical delivery and customer issues.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention and referenceability.
Partner with Account and Sales leaders to identify opportunities for account expansion and recent business.
Financial & Commercial Management
Own delivery performance, revenue, margins, utilization and productivity across the portfolio.
Drive effective resource planning and cost optimization.
Monitor project financials, forecasts, delivery commitments and commercial performance.
Support solutioning,



proposals and deal shaping to ensure delivery feasibility and profitability.
People & Capability Development
Build and lead high-performing delivery teams across North America and global delivery locations.
Develop delivery leadership, succession plans and talent pipelines.
Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to build critical capabilities aligned with market demand.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.
Strategy & Growth
Define and execute the North America delivery strategy aligned with business objectives.
Develop scalable delivery models and Centers of Excellence.
Support strategic transformation and modernization initiatives for key clients.
Leverage global delivery capabilities to create differentiated value and competitive advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
20+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, digital transformation or technology delivery.
Proven experience leading large-scale delivery portfolios in the North American market .
Strong experience managing enterprise clients and CXO-level relationships.
Demonstrated ownership of P&L;, revenue, margins and operational performance.
Track record of scaling teams and driving delivery transformation.
Strong understanding of US market dynamics, client expectations and technology services.
Excellent strategic thinking, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Strong executive presence and ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
Experience across multiple technology and digital transformation domains is preferred.
