Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer and Architect role based in the Greater Surat Area. The individual in this position will develop design concepts, plan interior layouts, and coordinate architectural details for a range of projects, from initial client brief through to execution. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves site visits, coordination with contractors and vendors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained. The Interior Designer and Architect will also participate in client meetings, contribute to project documentation,



and collaborate with the broader design team to deliver timely, accurate, and practical design solutions.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, and furnishings appropriate to project requirements.
Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Architecture, with the ability to translate client needs into efficient, functional layouts and coherent design concepts.
Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
Candidates should possess competency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Suite).
Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, with prior experience in design studios or architectural firms preferred.
Solid visual and spatial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an on-site, collaborative environment.
Effective communication and coordination skills for working with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
