n About TattleTales
n TattleTales is building a new category of play by combining storytelling, AI and hands-on play to create immersive, screen-light experiences for children.
n About the Role
n We are looking for a highly driven Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the founders and build TattleTales from 0 → 1.
n This is a highly hands-on role spanning product, hardware, manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing and partnerships.
n What You'll Do
n n Drive mould, plush and hardware manufacturing- vendor discovery, quotations, sampling and production
n Take our existing hardware prototype to a sellable semi-functional product, including assembly, QC, packaging and fulfilment
n Coordinate with PCB, electronics and component suppliers
n Drive B2B sales and partnerships through cold calling, email outreach and meetings;
n Meet playschools and education partners to explore AI-powered, screen-light learning
n Manage online orders, packing, inventory and dispatch
n Build TattleTales's presence across Instagram,



LinkedIn and YouTube using AI-powered content creation
n Manage and improve the website using Lovable
n Research Indian and global toy/AI trends and identify new product opportunities
n Coordinate across founders, designers, hardware interns and external vendors
n Identify and apply for startup grants, incubators and government programs
n n Who We're Looking For
n n B.E./B.Tech + MBA is mandatory
n 0–2 years of experience; exceptional freshers can apply
n Engineering background in CS / IT / Electronics preferred
n Strong interest in AI, technology, consumer products and startups
n Excellent communication and follow-up skills
n Highly proactive, organised and execution-oriented
n Comfortable with sales, vendor management and hands-on operations
n Comfortable using AI tools and learning current technologies quickly
n Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
