Sales Manager – IT Staffing | C2H | GCC
Location: Hyderabad & Mumbai & Pune

Must-Have:
Strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing / C2H business development – mandatory.
Proven experience in acquiring and managing GCC / Enterprise clients .
Strong understanding of Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Contract Staffing and IT recruitment solutions .
Experience in B2B sales, new client acquisition and account mining .
Strong network with HR, TA, Procurement and Business stakeholders across GCCs/IT organizations.
Candidates with only US Staffing / US IT Sales experience will not be considered.
Strong track record of achieving revenue and business development targets .
Excellent client-facing, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new GCC and enterprise clients for IT Staffing/C2H solutions.
Generate new business through prospecting, networking,



references and market mapping.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → meetings → proposal → commercial negotiation → closure .
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, TA, Procurement and business stakeholders.
Drive C2H and contract staffing opportunities and ensure healthy sales pipeline.
Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements.
Develop account-growth opportunities and expand business within existing clients.
Track sales pipeline, revenue, closures and business forecasts.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.
Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue and recent-client acquisition targets .

Candidates with existing relationships/network across GCCs, Product Companies and Large IT Enterprises will have an additional advantage.
