n About the Role
n We're looking for a Sales Team Leader to drive merchant acquisition and payment solutions (EDC, Soundbox, Payment Gateway, EMI, and Merchant Loans) across an assigned territory. You'll lead a team of Field Sales Executives — this is a hands-on, field-first leadership role, not a desk job.

n What You'll Do
n • Hire, train, and lead a team of Field Sales Executives
n • Drive merchant acquisition across EDC, Soundbox, PG, EMI & Loans, Merchant Acquestition,



Merchant Relationship
n • Build strong merchant relationships and reduce churn
n • Own monthly targets and track team performance
n • Spend most of your time in the field (75%), working closely with merchants and your team
n What We're Looking For
n • 1-3+ years in field sales (Fintech/EDC/POS/FMCD/Insurance preferred)
n • Prior team handling experience in Phonpe, Gpay, Bharatpe, Mobikwik, ( Pet Pooja, Swiggy, Zomato Restaurant onboarding team )is a plus
n • Strong track record of hitting targets
n • Comfortable with daily fieldwork and high mobility
n • Good communication skills
n • Graduate or Post-graduate
