n Role Overview
n We're looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who lives at the intersection of storytelling, design, technology, and culture. Someone with a sharp eye for visuals, a solid sense of pacing, and hands-on experience with AI tools for video editing and motion graphics. You should be as comfortable crafting a scroll-stopping social edit as you are building a cinematic brand film or bringing an idea to life through motion.
n This role is all about pushing visuals forward — blending strong editing, bold motion design, emerging AI tools, and creative experimentation to create content that feels fresh, relevant, and impossible to scroll past.
n Key Responsibilities
n Editing & Post-Production
n Edit brand films, digital ads, social media videos,



and promotional content in line with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
n Structure compelling narratives through visuals, music, and rhythm while maintaining a cohesive tone.
n Integrate music, voiceovers, and sound design to enhance emotional and storytelling impact.
n Ensure all video outputs meet technical standards and platform specifications (Instagram, YouTube, OTT, etc.).
n Motion Graphics & Design
n Design and animate motion graphics, text treatments, transitions, and infographics using Adobe After Effects.
n Develop logo animations, intros, lower-thirds, and motion-driven visual identities for brand campaigns.
n Incorporate 2D and limited 3D animations where required to enhance storytelling and engagement.
n Maintain consistency in color, style, and design language across deliverables.
n Collaboration & Workflow
n Work closely with creative directors, producers, and art teams to bring concepts and storyboards to life.
n Interpret creative briefs and apply visual storytelling principles effectively.
n Implement feedback promptly while maintaining quality and creative integrity.
n Manage project timelines, organize assets,



and maintain a structured file management system.
n Creative Contribution
n Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for video and motion design projects.
n Research visual trends, motion techniques, and new tools to keep the content innovative and engaging.
n Support the creative team in developing new visual approaches for branded content and digital storytelling.
n Required Skills & Experience
n Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Artist, ideally in an agency, production house, or digital content environment.
n Technical Expertise:
n Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
n Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.
n Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve for basic color correction is a plus.
n Strong understanding of video structure, timing, sound, typography, and visual rhythm.
n Ability to create content for digital, social, and campaign-based platforms.
n Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
n Preferred Background
n Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or digital-first branded content.
n Strong creative eye for composition, transitions, and motion language.
n Experience in optimizing videos for different aspect ratios and resolutions.
n n A portfolio or showreel showcasing strong editing craft and motion design capabilities.
