n About the Organization:
n Getfive Prospect Fund is a SEBI registered CAT I AIF. Along with the fund, Getfive group company is also a merchant banking firm based out of Mumbai & Ahmedabad. The firm is focused on IPO as well as fund raising through Private Equity and Debt.
n Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
n Key Responsibilities
n 1. Manage end-to-end fund accounting activities, including maintenance of financial records and ledger reconciliations.
n 2. Support periodic NAV computation and ensure timely and accurate monthly fund closure.
n 3. Process investor, distributor, and vendor payments while coordinating banking operations and fund transfers.
n 4. Prepare financial statements, accounting MIS, and other periodic reports for internal and regulatory requirements.
n 5. Assist in audit processes, tax computations, and ensure accurate documentation for statutory compliance.
n 6.



Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and timely reporting.
n Qualification & Skill Requirment
n n Semi-qualified or Qualified CA.
n Minimum 2 years of experience managing end to end accounting of hedge funds or AIF.
n Working knowledge of Tally and preparing financial reports is mandatory.
n Working knowledge of AIF CAT-I accounting is a plus.
n n Key Deliverables
n • Timely monthly accounts and NAV closure.
n • Accurate processing of investor, distributor, and vendor payments.
n • Complete and audit-ready financial records and documentation.
n • Timely preparation of financial statements, MIS, and regulatory reports.
n • Compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
