Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef specializing in cakes and entremets to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing, decorating, and presenting a variety of desserts while maintaining our quality standards and contributing to menu development.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a range of cakes, pastries, and entremets from scratch
Design and execute up-to-date cake decorations and finishing techniques
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items
Manage daily production planning and inventory of ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements

Knowledge of baking techniques, flavor pairing, and presentation
