Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a robust background in PSU & Government Infrastructure Sales . The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across sectors such as:
Railways & Metro Projects
Airports & Aviation Infrastructure
Oil & Gas vertical
CPWD,



PWD (Government Buildings & Critical Infrastructure)
Defence / PSU Organisations

This role requires expertise in project sales, with an understanding of the complete sales cycle, i.e., concept-stage (specification, solution design), the proposal, and mapping of every stakeholder, i.e., end client, EPC/SI, consultant, PMC, and other indirect influencers on the projects.
Key Responsibilities
Government & PSU Business Development
Identify and develop opportunities across Central & State Government departments, PSUs, and infrastructure bodies
Drive sales for Access Control, Visitor Management, and Integrated Security Platforms
Build robust relationships with key stakeholders like:
Railways (DMRC, NCRTC, etc.)
Airport Authorities
