Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage employment agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), employment bonds, appointment letters, and other HR-related legal documents.
Prepare, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, service agreements, consultancy contracts, and other commercial contracts.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, labour laws, and company policies.
Provide legal guidance and support to the HR team on employment-related matters.
Coordinate with external legal counsel whenever required.
Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and confidential documentation.
Assist in handling legal notices, employment disputes, and compliance-related matters.




Identify legal risks in contracts and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
Support statutory and regulatory compliance across the organization.
Stay updated on changes in employment, labour, and corporate laws and advise stakeholders accordingly.

Qualifications
LL.B. (mandatory)
LL.M. will be an added advantage.
2 -4 years of experience in corporate legal documentation, contract management, and compliance.
Robust understanding of employment laws, labour laws, contract drafting, and corporate legal practices.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, legal research, and analytical skills.
High level of attention to detail with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management.

Preferred Skills
Experience in drafting and managing employment bonds, NDAs, offer letters, and HR legal documentation.
Knowledge of labour laws and
