Position: Service Engineer / Technician
Reporting To: Service Head
Education: ITI / Diploma - Mechanical / RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)
Working Days: 6 Days (Weekly Off: Tuesday)Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Responsibilities and Duties: -
Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of Industrial Process Chillers and HVAC systems. - Attend preventive maintenance and breakdown service calls at customer sites. - Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues. - Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints. - Coordinate with the Service Head regarding service activities. - Maintain service reports and documentation.
