About the Role
Naturals Beauty Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Skin & Makeup Trainer to train aspiring beauty professionals. If you have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Train students in Skin Care, Facials, Makeup, and Salon Professional Techniques.
Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training sessions.
Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students for assessments, certifications, and placements.
Maintain classroom discipline and professional training standards.
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Skin & Makeup training or the beauty industry.
Certification or Diploma in Cosmetology, Skin, or Makeup.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Professional attitude and grooming.
₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
