Inspect and perform regular maintenance checks on elevators and escalators
Identify and troubleshoot defects or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and equipment
Install and repair elevator mechanisms and electrical wiring to ensure proper functioning
Conduct safety tests and periodic inspections as per industry standards and regulations
Respond to emergency call-outs for elevator and escalator breakdowns
Replace faulty or worn-out components such as motors, switches, and control systems
Maintain service records of all maintenance and repair work carried out
Communicate with building management regarding elevator performance and safety issues
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
Stay updated with the latest advancements in elevator technology and systems
Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
