Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations - Manage workflows, align priorities, and resolve issues proactively.
Team Leadership - Lead department heads, enforce deadlines, and promote ownership culture.
Escalation Handling - Resolve operational conflicts and escalate critical risks.
Cross‑Functional Coordination - Drive collaboration between design, procurement, and project management.
Process Discipline - Enforce SOPs, documentation standards, and eliminate deviations.
Global Collaboration - Liaise with international teams to ensure directives are executed effectively.
Performance Monitoring - Track productivity, identify inefficiencies, and ensure effective utilization of work hours.
Reporting - Provide standardized updates,

Qualifications & Experience
12+ years in operations, project management, or leadership roles
Proven experience managing multi‑department teams in the construction industry:
Exposure to global team coordination preferred
Background in design, manufacturing, or procurement within construction is a plus
