Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update the company website.
Build responsive and user-friendly web pages.
Integrate property listings, enquiry forms, and CRM systems.
Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement landing pages and promotional campaigns.
Ensure website security, regular backups, and timely updates.
Test websites across different browsers and devices.
Required Skills:
Minimum 6 months of experience in web development.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Experience with PHP and MySQL.
Knowledge of WordPress or Laravel is an advantage.
Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
Experience with Git version control.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience working on CRM or real estate websites is a plus.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
