About the Role:
An chance for a motivated HR Executive to join a energetic consultancy firm. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle for both clients and internal hiring, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage hiring requirements for clients and the firm
Support HR operations and documentation
Achieve recruitment targets and earn performance-based incentives

Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a consultancy company (mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills
Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (plus attractive incentives based on performance)

Office Timing: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
