Job Requirements
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team and work on residential projects within the real estate industry. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the project, ensuring that all engineering tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans and timelines
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations

Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on residential projects
