Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
Guide students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Schedule counselling appointments.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.




Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹17,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday working during peak admission season (April-June).
