Sales & Marketing
Welcome walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Meet prospective clients at the showroom and present suitable aluminium window and door solutions.
Demonstrate and explain product features, advantages, system specifications, and available customization options.
Share quotations with customers in a timely manner.
Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and individual customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
Maintain a high customer conversion ratio through effective sales techniques.
Site Visits & Project Coordination
Visit customer sites for measurements, project discussions, and requirement analysis.
Coordinate with customers before installation to ensure site readiness.




Supervise local installation activities to ensure quality workmanship.
Resolve in office issues and provide practical solutions to customers.
Ensure projects are completed within the committed timelines.
After-Sales Service
Follow up with customers after installation to ensure complete satisfaction.
Coordinate repair, maintenance, and warranty service requests.
Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Showroom & Office Operations
Manage the daily operations of the showroom.
Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and professionally maintained at all times.
Supervise outsourced installation teams and monitor their work quality and schedules.
Coordinate installation planning and resource allocation.
Maintain customer records, quotations, sales reports, and installation schedules.
