WILLING TO WORK IN 9:30PM to 6:30AM SHIFT.

CANDIDATES FROM TRIVANDRUM LOCATION WILL BE CONSIDERED
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Coordinate with healthcare teams to assign and manage patient care as per established protocols
Supervise stakeholders and clients while ensuring high service standards and achievement of business targets
Maintain robust client relationships to ensure retention and effective issue resolution
Handle and resolve complaints to maintain service quality and client satisfaction

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (No backlogs)
4 to 7 years experience in International client handling role.
Excellent English communication and articulation skills
Robust analytical ability




Ability to drive operational efficiency and implement quality improvement initiatives
Prior experience in US Healthcare, Education, International Sales, or related sectors preferred
Willingness to work night shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM) from office premises in Elippode, Thiruvananthapuram

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
