JOB PURPOSE - To successfully executing the new projects, providing cost data for new offer and driving operational improvements of exiting sites.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Support with end-to-end technical guidance to all the sites.
Start up and stabilization of recent project
Support all growth prospects with assessing the job and providing cost data for commercial proposals.
Driving specific improvement/efficiency projects (asset utilization, manpower efficiency, productivity enhancements,
Improved overall asset maintenance and management of business KPIs on India asset management (OEE, Cost, SMU, people capability development,
base work for TPM)
Co-ordinate with global engineering and project management team for ensuring best practices/ business development support.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Execute new site start ups
Drive operational improvement projects (productivity, OEE, efficiency)
Lead innovation to develop new asset solutions
Handling Oracle ERP system functioning and BI monitoring reports for Plant & Equipment dept. for continuous improvement
Drive continuous improvements in all the sites of Harsco India.
Review and advise the Regional Ops Director on all aspects of the maintenance budget for the region
Monitor equipment effectiveness, availability and condition
Ensure all mobile assets, new and existing are in place and can be utilised fully and profitably as required in the local businesses.
