Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Career Counseling:
Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to individuals interested in careers in fashion design, styling, merchandising, and other industry areas.
Assess clients' interests, skills, and goals to recommend suitable career paths.
Industry Insights and Guidance:
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and opportunities in the fashion and mode industry.
Advise clients on industry demands, job roles, and skill development strategies.
Educational Guidance:
Help clients identify and select appropriate fashion schools, certifications, or training programs.
Skill Development Support:
Provide guidance on essential skills such as sketching, software tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D), trend forecasting, and communication.
Connect clients with relevant workshops, networking events, and mentorship programs.
Networking and Resources:




Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and institutions.
Offer clients access to internships, job shadowing, and networking prospects.
Personal Development:
Coach clients on building confidence, personal branding, and effective communication skills.
Provide insights on how to navigate a highly competitive and rapid-paced industry.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Styling, Merchandising, Psychology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in the fashion industry or a counseling role.
Solid knowledge of global fashion trends, industry dynamics, and key players.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with career counseling or mentoring preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
