Purpose: Support the implementation and management of business systems, data, and digital initiatives across the organization.
The key responsibilities for this role would include:
ERP Implementation - Support the implementation, setup, and optimization of the ERP system to improve business processes and data management.
CRM Implementation - Set up and manage the CRM system for customers and dealers.
Customer Database Management - Organize, clean, and maintain customer and dealer data.
Data Segregation & Analysis - Classify and analyse business data for better decision-making.
Loyalty Program Support - Assist in setting up and managing customer loyalty programs.
System Integration - Coordinate between ERP, CRM, POS, e-commerce, and other business platforms.
Technology Support - Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams for implementation and issue resolution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
