In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Prepare and maintain KTM and TOV documentation in line with organizational and quality standards
Manage and organize tools, gauges, and instruments to ensure availability and proper calibration status
Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects and production requirements
Monitor, compile, and present performance reports with clear insights and data accuracy
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation and material readiness aligns with project timelines
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal process standards
Identify opportunities for improving documentation efficiency and tool management practices

For This Role, You Will Need:
Experience in documentation, BOM preparation, or engineering support activities
Basic understanding of tools, gauges, and instrumentation handling
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Exposure to KTM and TOV-related processes or similar industrial documentation practices
Knowledge of quality standards and calibration processes
Familiarity with ERP systems for BOM and material tracking
