We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand BharatPe's merchant network. The role involves visiting local shops and businesses, promoting BharatPe QR and payment solutions, and onboarding current merchants.
Responsibilities:
Visit merchants and retailers in the assigned territory.
Generate leads and acquire new merchants.
Explain BharatPe products and advantages to customers.
Complete merchant onboarding and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
Eligibility
10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication and sales skills.
Must be comfortable with field work.
Own smartphone required.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹23000 per month
Petrol Allowance:
₹3,000 per month
