The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for our US clients. You will own campaign performance and work directly with our senior team.

Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and structure campaigns for lead generation
Manage bids, budgets, and match types to lower cost per lead
Perform search term analysis and negative keyword management
Set up and validate conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking)
Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimizations
Prepare explicit performance reports with insights and recommendations





Requirements:
1 to 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
Strong knowledge of Search campaigns, match types, and negative keywords
Experience with lead generation (cost per lead, lead quality)
Familiar with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Google Ads certification preferred
Strong written and spoken English (for US client reporting)
Comfortable working night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM IST)
Based in or willing to work from Mohali / Chandigarh (in-office)

Nice to Have
Meta Ads or Performance Max experience
Experience with AI or SaaS clients
