Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and other clinical staff.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Stay updated on healthcare staffing trends and market conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 3 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment, US Staffing, or Healthcare Staffing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of healthcare roles and terminology.
Experience using job boards such as Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Travel Nursing, Allied Healthcare, or MSP/VMS recruitment.
Knowledge of credentialing and compliance processes.
Familiarity with US healthcare staffing regulations.
