Sales & Customer Service: Meet monthly sales goals, assist customers with the right fit, and handle returns or complaints.
Team Management: Hire, train, and schedule staff so the sales floor always has enough coverage.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, organize shoes in the stockroom, and run audits so popular sizes do not run out.
Store Operations & Merchandising: Ensure the store is clean, displays look attractive, and register money balances out at the end of the day.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
