Your team
Join our welcoming and team-oriented Corporate Actions team. . The candidate will be required to ensure the accurate and timely processing of Corporate Action events, Dividends and reconciliation.
Your role in the Team’s Success
Gain expertise in Corporate Actions domain with targeted 6 months tenure,

What you’ll do
Processing of all Corporate Action events -both Mandatory and Voluntary within IG systems
Sending Client emails describing corporate action events and election choice
Collation of Client instructions
Preparation of Client Bookings
Posting of Client Dividends, across product ranges in different IG systems - Synthetic Dividend reconciliation
Handling client queries and queries from helpdesk-Processing of Stock Transfers
Update of IG internal systems accurately
Resolving reconciliation issues arising out of Corporate Action events
Adaptable with Rotational Shifts (9 AM to 6 PM Shift and 12 PM to 9 PM Shift and 8PM to 5AM).
